　　P3: extreme sport is a challenging entertainment formed from the interaction between nature and human, which let us developing our full body and spiritual potential at a big extent by modern technology and instruments. The spirit of extreme sports is not only “higher faster and stronger”, but also “participation entertainment and bravery”. So countries in the word call it “ the future spots”

　　P4: From the picture we can see the extreme sports can be pided into land sea and air three areas. In the sea area, it includes the drift, motorboat, white-water caonoeing, water skiing, surfing etc. Then land area mainly refer to the roller skating, skateboarding,BMX.

　　Last air area mainly refer to Bungee jumping, a parachute jump, hot air balloon.ect.

　　P5:Now let me introduce 4 kinds of extreme sports .there is bungee jumping,climbing,BMX,surfing.

　　P6:bungee jumping is an activity that involves jumping from a tall structure while connected to a large elastic cord.the tall structure is usually a fixed object, such as a building, bridge or crane; but it is also possible to jump from a movable object,such as a hot-air-balloon. The thrill comes from the free falling and the rebound.when you falling down, the cord stretches and the jumper flies upwards again.so up and down you will feel like heaven.so did someone have done this?(yes,how do you feel ? Where did you do this)(no,if you have a chance to do this ,try it).

　　P7: Climbing is the activity of using ones hands,feet,or any other part of the body to ascend a steep object. It is done indoors or outdoors,on natural or manmade structures.it has many types like ice climbing (as far as i know in 1921 a British team success on the bead jose rama peak,and in 1960 a Chinese team success on the bead jose rama peak),indoors climbing competition,traditional climbing.etc.

　　P8:BMX is short for bike motocross.BMX began in the early 1970s when children began racing their bicycles on dirt tracks in southern California.Due to the single game in the mud,then began to take BMX to the ground,and play more fancy than skateboard ,jump higher and more exciting. P9: the last one is surfing ,surfing in the waves,you need to use their own skill and balance .surfing originated in Australia. Because of the sea around Australia,so Australia person particularly fond of surfing.if you want to surfing in china, riyuewan in hainan province is the best place.

　　P10:The last part is the popularity of extreme sports. Why the extreme sports become more and more popular? I summed up in three aspects:first is the work press,then is the desire for new stimulus,last one is enjoying the nature. With the fast pace of life, work pressure is heavier,it makes peoples activity space smaller. So people cannot feel the originoal stimulus. People choose the extreme sport to release the pressure. 　　Dangerous sports or activities attract a certain type of person. This person is often a risk taker, an optimist, and a fatalist.

　　People who take risks are found both in dangerous sports and business. But it is a special person who takes a risk with his own life as opposed to his money. My father was a risk taker. He put everything be owned into his business, but he stopped playing risky sports like horseback riding and skiing. Once his business was a success and he no longer bad to worry about providing for us, he returned on the age of 60, to the risky sports that he did as a youth.

　　Someone who plays a dangerous sport must be an optimist. They cannot imagine that anything will happen to them. They never think about breaking their leg while skiing, falling off a cliff while rock climbing, falling on their head while sky ping. They live for the thrill of the moment without a thought to the many things that could go wrong.

　　Rock climbers and sports car drivers must be fatalist. They might plan for potential problems, but once they have done everything they can do, the outcome is out of their bands. A motorcyclist when jumps across a narrow canyon will get the fastest, strongest bike available that will carry him or her across the canyon, however, wind conditions or other problems might interfere and the cyclist my fall short of his goal.

　　Many people have the same traits of course. Many of us are risk takers, optimists and fatalists. But I think people who play dangerous sports must have these characteristics in abundance.

　　Parkour is classified as “wow!” an extreme sports.Practicing this discipline does not require wearing special equipment,sites developed,prepared before or other obstacles.Parkour is very simple,fluid movement from one place to another,to which are added run speed,climbing,jumping,spectacular and efficient movement,imagination,improvisation and other complex techniques.If sport “parkour” performed by you does not include items listed above,then you are doing fitness.
